My journey with ServiceNow has been an incredible evolution, shaped by over 15 years of experience leveraging the platform to drive business transformation. Starting with my current role at Wipro, I lead the Quantum Lab concept within the Center of Excellence and Innovation. Here, I focus on creating best practices, developing innovative use cases, and embedding emerging technologies like AI and automation into ServiceNow solutions. One of the highlights of my work was presenting at Knowledge 23, where I showcased a solution that integrated Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework into ServiceNow, co-presented with Microsoft. This kind of collaboration reflects the modularity and versatility of ServiceNow, allowing it to meet unique business needs across industries.
Before Wipro, I was at Capgemini, where I held roles like ServiceNow Engagement Director. My responsibilities included leading the strategic design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the banking, healthcare, and retail industries. A key part of my role was guiding organisations through digital transformation journeys, helping them move from legacy systems to ServiceNow, and significantly enhancing their operational efficiency. During this time, I solidified my expertise in building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and designing value-driven solutions.
Before Capgemini, I was at HCL, where I led ServiceNow Solutions and SIAM consultancy. My focus was on driving sales growth, improving customer success, and leading process improvements to ensure seamless adoption of ServiceNow across global organisations. This role taught me the importance of aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with customer goals to deliver measurable business outcomes.
My journey into ServiceNow started much earlier, during my time at Nokia. Over 12 years at Nokia, I witnessed and contributed to the evolution of technology, from leading IT operations for factory IT and handset product development to transitioning Nokia from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow Aspen in 2011. Aspen, the first ServiceNow release named after a city, marked the beginning of my deep engagement with the platform. After Nokia’s acquisition by Microsoft, I became a ServiceNow and Cloud Transformation Consultant at Microsoft, where I led initiatives to transition clients from legacy tools to ServiceNow while specialising in Microsoft’s Cloud Migration Framework. This unique role allowed me to integrate ServiceNow with cloud technologies, enhancing operational excellence and demonstrating the potential of combining platforms for transformative results.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen ServiceNow grow from a ticketing tool into an AI-driven platform for business transformation. I’ve had the privilege of being part of that journey, helping the platform evolve while using it to create innovative, scalable solutions for organisations. It’s been a rewarding experience, and I look forward to continuing to explore what ServiceNow can achieve for businesses in the digital age.
